Holy molé! I don't even know where to begin with this food review. From the moment we rolled into the parking lot, we knew we were in for a treat. Although the parking spaces were narrow, we were able to find a spot for our dually - just something to keep in mind if you're driving a larger vehicle.

Once we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and baskets of crispy chips along with a range of salsas, from mild to whoa momma! We couldn't resist ordering a bowl of the queso, which was a bit on the thinner side but still absolutely delicious - it had a hint of cheddar that left us wanting more.

The special of the night was the chicken molé with rice, and based on the owner's enthusiastic recommendation, I couldn't resist ordering it. Meanwhile, the rest of our table ordered the brisket street tacos, chicken quesadilla, chicken chimichanga, and a plate of super nachos.

When our food arrived, we were practically drooling with anticipation. We couldn't resist snapping a few obligatory photos before digging in (well, everyone except for my wife, who couldn't resist diving right in). And let me tell you, the taste did not disappoint. Every single dish was bursting with flavor, and we ate until we were practically bursting at the seams - and even then, we couldn't resist taking a few extra bites.

I have to give a special shout-out to the molé - this was my first time trying it, and I was blown away. If there had been more to eat, I would have happily devoured it all.

Overall, I can't recommend Dos Ovejas highly enough. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food is simply out of this world. If you're passing through and craving some authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the place to be!
